Hello !
My name is Sam, but you can call me Bab! Pleased to meet you.
I've spent much of my working life around food, cooking for people and discovering that there's something rather special about a proper home-cooked dinner.
I've always believed that food isn't just about filling your belly. It's about comfort, routine, bringing people together and sometimes simply making a difficult day feel a little bit easier.
So why Dinner's Ready Bab?
The idea for Dinner's Ready Bab came from a simple thought: there are lots of people who would love a proper home-cooked dinner but, for one reason or another, can't always make one themselves.
Maybe you're getting older and cooking for one has become a chore. Maybe you're looking after someone else.
Perhaps you've just come home from hospital, you're recovering from an operation, you're a busy parent juggling work and family, or you're simply having one of those weeks when cooking dinner feels like the last thing you want to do.
It was my own ill health that made me realise that sometimes it's just too hard. I decided that once my treatment was over and I was well enough to return to work I would use my experience to help others by making sure that dinner is one less thing to worry about.
And so, Dinner's Ready Bab! was born.

Traditional favourites made with care, using good ingredients and plenty of attention to the things that make home cooking taste like home cooking. Our meals are delivered chilled, ready for you to heat, eat and enjoy!
A personal service
You'll deal with Bab, not a call centre. And because I make the deliveries myself, I can take a few minutes to make sure everything is safely stored and that you know what to do with your meals.
For you — or someone you love
You don't have to be the person eating the dinner. You can order for a parent, relative, friend or anyone else who could use a helping hand.
